The Customer Council (TCC) – only for executives whose common link is their focus on Customer Management (CM) strategy and the design and delivery of a competitive and profitable Customer Experience (Cx) – is a membership based interactive learning group that enables members to learn and grow from and through each other, leading to greater business success.
TCC features thought-leading international speakers, (see speaker schedules) on occasion supported by local member case-history experiences. It encourages open discussion to deliver learning, insight and experience in the field of CM and Cx management. We meet quarterly, and each session allows for member debate and idea generation to facilitate better informed decision making.
Prior to each session members are invited to submit problems, issues and/or challenges specific to their business for discussion and input from both fellow members and the speaker.
